Yes, you can cancel anytime -- there are no long-term contracts. You can also upgrade or downgrade your plan as your team's needs change.

Subscription payments are processed securely through Razorpay over an SSL-encrypted connection. BLeadX does not store your card, UPI or bank details -- Razorpay handles that in line with its own PCI-DSS obligations.

Refunds for paid subscriptions are handled through our Razorpay-hosted refund policy. Contact support@bleadx.com if you need help with a billing issue.
