Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BLeadX's CRM platform at bleadx.com ("the Service"), operated by BLeadX ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, and for the accounts of any team members you invite under your organization.

2. The Service

BLeadX provides lead and sales-pipeline management tools, including lead capture, pipeline tracking, follow-up reminders, reporting, and related features, offered under Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans as described on our pricing page. Feature availability depends on your plan.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Trials

• New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period (currently 14 days) as stated at signup. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) via Razorpay, in the currency and at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
• We may change pricing for future billing periods; we'll give you reasonable notice before a price change takes effect on your account.

4. Your Data

You (and your organization) own the lead, contact, and business data you enter into BLeadX. We only access it to provide the Service, provide support at your request, or as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to store and process the contact data you upload (for example, leads you've lawfully collected).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) in violation of applicable law.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers' data.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service except where explicitly permitted under an Enterprise agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

BLeadX and its licensors own all rights to the Service itself (software, design, branding). These Terms don't grant you any ownership in the Service -- only a right to use it under your subscription.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, don't pay subscription fees when due, or pose a security risk to the Service or other customers, with notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLeadX won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; if you continue using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
